Exploring Our Faith
The January 12th earthquake in Haiti brought a quick and vigorous response from Catholic Relief Services, the official international humanitarian agency of the Catholic community in the United States. According to its Web site, www.crs.org, in the intervening months since the quake, CRS has provided food, shelter, water and sanitation, education and child protection, and health care to the victims, many of whom are living in camps, orphanages and hospitals. To tell us more about this important work, Producer John Feister interviews Tom Price. He is Senior Communications Manager for Catholic Relief Services, and he’s been with CRS since 1996.
